Tuba, on the other hand, is the fresh palm wine, slightly fermented, enjoyed as a refreshing traditional beverage. Both drinks highlight Bulacan’s rich heritage of artisanal alcohol production, reflecting the province’s connection to its agricultural and culinary roots.
